Suez Road - Enfield

Rejuvenating the rather tired brownfield site in Suez Road, Enfield, requires a particular set of skills, and Faircloth Construction is more than up to the job.

Ground stabilisation will be needed, so piled foundations will be constructed. Once the foundations are secured, a steel frame with composite cladding will be erected to provide warehouse space and an ancillary office. Mechanical and electrical equipment will be installed in the unit and office areas will receive a smart new fit out. Draining and other essential utility services will then be installed and to complete the job, an external yard with landscaping and car parking created. After the transformation, Suez Road will rightfully take its place as a thriving business location within the historic town of Enfield, a market town chartered by Edward I in 1303. Only 10 miles north of Charing Cross and south of the M25, Enfield is identified in the London Plan as one of the 35 major centres in Greater London. Home to heavy industry, warehouse and retail, Enfield is the perfect location for forward-thinking businesses who need to be close to London and have convenient access to the nation’s transport network.
