We are proud to announce that another one of our sites has achieved practical completion on time, within budget and to our high quality standard.

The project, set to revitalize the busy employment zone of Woodford, has been completely transformed with six brand new employment units. The units all range in size from 7,000 to 27,000 sq ft across three building totally over 100,000 sq ft on the four-acre site.

The new units will have access to modern facilities, amenities and benefit from the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ that we achieved, along with EPC A+ ratings in addition to being carbon neutral.
