We’re delighted to announce the completion of the refurbishment of Unit 3 at Crawley Leisure Park. The former gym has been transformed into five modern leisure, food and beverage units through a comprehensive remodelling. Rather than demolish and rebuild we’ve removed the existing roof steelwork, added a 3m splice and reattached the rafters; a technically complex solution that delivered a significant carbon saving by retaining the existing structure. New glazing, rainscreen cladding and a terracotta feature screen have revitalised the exterior, while internal reconfiguration has created flexible, attractive spaces for future occupiers.
