Faircloth Construction is delivering Enterprise II at Cambridge Research Park, due to complete September 2026.

Enterprise II is a new development comprising 11 high-specification R&D, advanced manufacturing and industrial units. The scheme provides flexible accommodation ranging from 4,768 sq ft to 13,949 sq ft, with units able to be combined to accommodate occupier requirements of up to 90,511 sq ft.
