CR1 & CR2, Croydon

Faircloth were appointed as the main contractor for both projects CR1 and CR2 in Croydon, a joint venture between both KSP and PATRIZIA.

This project involved the construction of 2 number industrial warehouses (CR1 & CR2) which included steel frame erection, external envelope cladding, internal slab formation, external works, mechanical and electrical, hard and soft landscaping including palisade fencing along with new substation installed with substantial PV array on the roof.

CR1 is a 53,043sq ft logistics warehouse that achieved practical completion in Jan 2025. Some of the main features are 3 dock loading doors, 4 level access doors and 100% van and car EV charging points. CR2 is located adjacent to CR1 being the slightly bigger warehouse spanning 55,165sq ft. Similar to CR1 some of the main features include 3 dock loading doors, 2 level access doors, 37m yard depth and also 100% EV with 26 car and 8 van parking spaces.

In addition, both projects are targeted for BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ supporting corporate sustainability goals and exceeding London Zero 30 Regulatory Requirements
