This project was for the construction of both the shell and fit out works for the new Big Yellow warehouse in Queensbury along with all the associated external and highway works. The five-storey self-storage warehouse has 86,767sq ft for storage use and an additional 1,496sq ft of office space.

Along with many of our other projects the redevelopment incorporated a range of environmental features such as PV solar panels, battery storage systems, green roof and an under-croft car park fitted with EV charging points. The project is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A.
