RO Developments, Reading, Berkshire - Phase One and Two
Phase One of works for RO Developments involved a £1.3m contract for Faircloth to transform an ex-Thames Water building into state-of-the-art, contemporary office accommodation in less than 28 weeks. The once unsightly building is now a high-tech office block of a high quality finish, boasting a glass exterior and facade. Extensive mechanical and electrical works were also carried out to bring the building up to current regulations.

Phase Two required Faircloth to complete a further £1.25m office redevelopment in Reading. Over 28 weeks the building was stripped back to its original shell with a new shell being created and reconstructed to look like a new building. New finishes were installed throughout, with raised access floors, suspended ceilings and new high spec w.c facilities and entrance lobby.
"Although the scheme was progressed on a budget, Faircloth completed the brief to a very high standard of finish," Matthew Fox, PSK

"This was the first time we worked with Faircloth and there were absolutely no issues with the whole project.” Jake Noble, Buckley Gray Yeoman
