|This was the transformation of a former brown field site into a stunning business park. The project centered around the construction of foundations and a super structure for 10 industrial units, comprising of approximately 80,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation. The project was complicated by the fact that the site was originally used by Johnson Matthey for the process of smelting precious metals. The whole site was heavily contaminated and had to be thoroughly cleared before work could begin. To protect against contamination, methane membrane barriers and ventilation was utilised during the construction process.||"I enjoyed working with Faircloth. The quality of the finishes and general workmanship was very impressive."
