FAIRCLOTH has refurbished and extended the former headquarters and distribution centre for Danish Bacon.
Architects West and Partners, who have previously worked with Faircloth on the stunning transformation of the Riverwalk Business Park in Enfield, London, have collaborated again on the development at Unit 14, Tallon Road, Brentwood.
After Danish Bacon sold off the premises, work at the site started with the refurbishment of the existing warehouse, a rear extension and two storey front office extension.
Chris Hamer, of Engineers Hamer Associates, explained the development will include the demolition of an existing building to make way for phases two and three of the build to provide a number of small industrial units.
Peter Long, of Architects West and Partners, said the project was at the early stages and planning permission was still to be sought to finalise the completed development.
He added he was happy to be working with Faircloth again after their successful partnerships in the past.
