This project was the construction of a Builder Depot at New Southgate. The development involved working closely with architects to create a building in the shape of a curve - to make the best use of the land available. As the land had previously been used as a waste yard decontamination was carried out before the foundations - covering 6,000 sq m - could be laid. Careful plans were made to ensure that the vast flooring space was perfectly level to accommodate the stock.
