This project involved the construction of the pit complex at Oulton Park with facilities including new garages, a control building over three floors, and a commentator's podium. The work involved the demolition of the existing garages and design of the new pit complex within the closed season. Detailed pre-planning and a tight programme of works ensured that the development was completed on time.

To counter a potential design difficulty a change of level between each garage was incorporated within the concrete aprons both to the front and rear of the garages.
